Don't I look smashing in venison?

Santa was good to Joiezabel this year. He got her a brand new hat.

UPDATE: It keeps her toasty for her fireside chats.

Did she get the high pitched voice and the harp to go with it?

*laughs* Can you photoshop the Masterpiece Theatre backdrop behind it, so that it fits with Joie’s other post?

I’d like to turn those furry legs into a pair of lovely earrings. The animal’s furry legs, that is…not yours.

omg kat you are the worst vegetarian ever. but can you imagine those fashion-y czech girls carrying that off whilst dancing to vanilla ice?

Comment by Kat — December 21, 2006 @ 1:32 pm

Joie - I don’t ever want to imagine CZ girls doing anything, ever again. ESPECIALLY dancing to Vanilla Ice. That memory belongs solely to you…and Josh.

the beauty mark on your right breast is obviously photoshopped in.

You, literati, are my freaking hero. That’s all I’ve got to say. *tips cap*

Oh crap. A fireside chat is a sure sign that Joie’s going to run for indie president, which means we’ll have another flame war about voting.

I hope you’re happy with what you’ve started, literati!

animal carcass is a good look for you.

You look smashing darling. The belle of the ball…Roadkill Joie, can I rant about something that has been keeping me up at night?…

Worst lullaby - I stumbled into my house last night basted with booze and incapable of speaking. I tumbled onto my bed and and started to sleep. Until my roomate came home with some girl and they started blasting Neutral Milk Hotel! Now I don’t really have a problem with the band; I think that they are alright, but damn they can make a cacophony if your not in the mood. What a voice - what a sleep murdering, dream invading, strident instrument of pain that guy’s got. Next time I see my roomate I am going to punch that two headed boy in both of his faces.
Oh, and McKenzie said that Joanna Newsome gets some bad press around here. Good! Falling asleep next to her winy ass would also poison my sleep. You might as well feed me some hand grenades and tuck me into a bed of nails.
Sorry, I am cranky because I haven’t gotten much sleep. What is your nightmare lullaby?

Comment by joiezabel — January 9, 2007 @ 11:16 am

ha ha ha. that’s one of my favourite albums in the world but i can see how that saw would make sleeping difficult. you need to lay the law down with your roomie about monday nights.

my ex used to play the misfits late at night - talk about a sleep disruptor. but i think the worst is “red right hand” by nick cave - i tried listening to that one night and got so scared i had to get up and turn it off.
