Streaming Fray concert on AOL
If you skip to minute 48, you’ll see a string quartet comprised of members of Munly and the Lee Lewis Harlots, Tarantella, Bad Luck City, and too many other local bands to mention throw it down with hometown ‘heros’ The Fray.
As I told Kelly O’Dea when she got this gig, ‘The Fray, really lame; You playing with The Fray, really cool’.

the fray seems to be quite popular in chicago - i was surprised. i agree with you, though, that having kelly o’dea involved with anything is likely to make it a whole barrel of monkeys cooler.

I’m all in favor of all of us sprinkling info on our local scenes in with the news about bands everyone knows about. It’s one of the things that could establish this site as an alternative to Pitchfork and its ilk when it comes to music news. Don’t think i won’t be blabbing about Milwaukee bands when something newsworthy comes along.
